Terms and Conditions (self-catering holidays only)

The owners retain the right to enter their property at any reasonable time to carry out any repairs which they deem necessary.

The hirer is responsible for the house and contents and undertakes all reasonable care during their stay. Any damage or breakages during your stay should be reported to the owners immediately. You may be charged at the discretion of the owners.

Confirmation of the booking is subject to receipt of a deposit of 30 per cent of the booking value within 7 days of booking. Cheques made payable to Mrs S Jenkins. Address on the Contact page.

The balance of the booking should be paid 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

In the event of cancelling your booking, the value of your booking (less a £25 administration fee) will be refunded as and when the farmhouse is re-let. We would advise you to consider a special holiday cancellation insurance policy if you do not already have an appropriate insurance policy.

The farmhouse will be cleaned and ready for you by 4pm on the day of your arrival. Guests are required to vacate the house by 10.00am on the day of departure so that it may be cleaned and ready for arriving guests.

Complaints

Although we are confident that every detail has been checked to ensure that your accommodation is satisfactory, we ask that any complaints you may have should be brought to our attention immediately, and where possible we will address them.
